Your right to terminate your account

You may terminate your STOPTHESCAM account at any time using the in-product Delete Account controls — available in the SafeMail iOS app (Account menu) or on the dashboard of this website. You may terminate at any time, including if you still have a paid subscription from before the merge.

On termination we immediately revoke your sign-in credential, end any active sessions on installed apps, and disable access to all STOPTHESCAM services. We retain the underlying account record (in a disabled state) and associated logs for the limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may request fully-purged erasure from support@stopthescam.com.

Existing paid subscriptions are left in place until the subscriber cancels them through the billing portal. Termination of your account does not automatically cancel a subscription; use the billing portal for that. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a period that has already been billed.
